BEFORE YOUR NAME

Performance with eight girls to recreate the sculpture by Gustave Vigeland, which involved them standing naked in front of the Vigeland Museum in Oslo, Norway for 20 minutes.

Gustav Vigeland (11 April 1869 – 12 March 1943) was a controversial Norwegian sculptor. His work, which typically features nude humans in sometimes intimate but always emotionally charged poses, generated controversies as massive as the sculptures themselves. Framis wanted to give life to his sculptures and at the same time make an anti-monument, where the sculptures disappear after 20 minutes, and remain only in our memories. For Framis art is an experience that resides in our memory.
